CoreSync Go — Account & Data Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your CoreSync Go account and what data will be removed.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps within the CoreSync Go app:

  1. Open the CoreSync Go app
  2. Go to your Profile screen
  3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you have saved any data you need before proceeding.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Data Type Action
Account & profile information Deleted
Tasks & shared tasks Deleted
Saved passwords Deleted
Gym & fitness records (attendance, exercises) Deleted
Health data (steps, water intake) Deleted
Medicine records Deleted
Notification tokens & preferences Deleted

All data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. No data is retained after deletion.

Alternative: Delete Via Email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your CoreSync Go account.
